The undersigned, formally declaring candidacy for the 2025-26 Board of Directors of BLUE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. Together we represent a united group of five owners committed to restoring balance, transparency, and financial strength to our community.
Increase Individual Unit Owner Value – We believe every decision should focus on improving the financial well-being of the owners, not outside interests.
Return Power to the Owners – Too much authority has shifted to the management company. We will return decision-making power to the unit owners where it rightfully belongs.
Accountability & Transparency – Open books, clear communication, and fair representation for all.
Protect & Grow Revenues – Through smarter budgeting, better vendor negotiations, and owner-first policies, we will improve the financial position of our condominium and its members.
Community First – Every vote, policy, and initiative will be measured by one standard: Does this benefit the unit owners?
